A brand identity project typically includes logo design, visual identity foundations, typographic systems, colour palettes, brand applications, and a brand guidelines document. Depending on the scope, it may also cover naming, tone of voice, packaging, collateral, and digital brand assets. Everything is designed to work together as a cohesive, scalable system.

Branding projects typically take 4–8 weeks, depending on deliverables and the number of application assets. Full website projects—covering UX, UI, and development—generally take 8–12 weeks, based on complexity, number of pages, and functionality. Both timelines include research, design iterations, reviews, and refinements.

Yes. Many clients work with us for design only. We provide complete design files, component systems, specifications, and documentation to ensure a smooth handover. If needed, we align with your internal team early in the process to match technical requirements and workflows.

Most clients continue with us for ongoing support after launch, but it is optional. We can integrate our AI-native CMS, Brease, which allows conversational content management and significantly reduces the need for day-to-day website support. Regardless of the CMS used, we always set up a system that enables your team to manage and update content easily. If preferred, we also provide update packages for new sections, performance improvements, or feature enhancements.
