The Ask

The objective was to design a centralized dashboard portal that enables different departments and operational teams within BSNL to efficiently monitor, manage, and track telecommunication services and field operations.

The platform needed to provide role-based access for supervisors, field engineers, and network operation teams while simplifying complex workflows and improving visibility into operational performance.

The challenge was to transform large volumes of technical and operational data into an intuitive experience that allows teams to make faster decisions and improve service delivery across regions.
